ILLUMINATIONS LIGHTING

I am very disappointed with the service, or rather, lack of service. My $450+ order was charged to my account over 3 months ago and I did not receive my light fixtures. I had called and even stopped to check on my order. I was assured it was ordered but was on back order until Oct. 7, 2020. I called at that time to find out my order had not been placed. They ordered it and I received them October 26,2020. The manager promised me a 20% discount. This didn't help all the months without 2 bathrooms, but nice to see she was sorry for their error. However, I received a $30.00 check. I called and left a message asking for an explanation of the error in their Math. Have not heard from them three days later. Penny was fantastic! It can be very stressful building a new house and she made it a breeze for us. We hadn't purchased lighting for a while so wasn't sure what to expect. Lois Pfundt was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, courteous and friendly and she bent over backwards to make sure my contractor and I knew what components we needed and helped me to find a product (Nora LED under-cabinet lighting) that we love. Fabulous company! I bought two light fixtures from them based on a recommendation from a friend. They have great customer service as I called to inquire about the fixtures & the bulbs used. I ended up getting the bulbs from them as well. I have loved everything & I continue to be very happy with it all!

Illuminations has a very nice showroom and very helpful staff! It was a easy process selecting lights for our new home. Penny was great to work with. She took the time to sit down with us to review our house plans to gives us her best recommendations for the proper lighting set up in the necessary areas and rooms. Penny listened to us and matched our feedback with our budget. She was also willing to make changes and make other suggestions for us if we didn't like a specific fixture.
