When building our house, our expectations for a quality LED exterior light system were high. Bottom line: we were absolutely delighted with the Integral lights. We would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone building a patio, walkway, driveway or anywhere that calls for outdoor lighting. We had the IL6 LED lights from integral lighting installed to illuminate our outdoor patio when we built our house. We have always loved the ambiance that the lights create – just the right amount of light for when we are enjoying our firepit without being overpowering. Our neighbors are constantly raving about these lights and how it makes our patio come to life!! Now jump ahead 6 years and our patio lights failed to come on. I called Integral lighting and was first assisted by Mike Hartman. Not only was he extremely professional and helpful, he was able to troubleshoot the problem. He sent me a new transformer and a prepaid mailing label for the old one at no cost to me. PLUS he talked me through the installation of the new. TALK about going above and beyond!! When I called back with another question, I then was assisted by Jen who was equally as knowledgeable and helpful. They even sent me replacement faceplates to my system. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that not only produces a high quality product, but they are so customer oriented with phenomenal customer service!
