Lighting Etc.

I have used Lighting Ect. for years! I believe they are by far the best! Sherry Yohan is the absolute BEST lighting professional! She has helped me pick lights for rooms when I was unsure what direction I wanted to go. I highly recommend coming here for all your lighting needs. I will continue going and recommending this store and Sherry!

I have always used Lighting Etc for updating my fixtures. This last time I worked with Dorthy and she gave great advice and her experience and knowledge were invaluable. The chandelier took forever (backorder) but was worth the wait. Every time I called for update on shipping she was quick to respond.

Came into showroom, seemed like a well put together place. We did end up purchasing two outdoor lights and a Chandelier from them. Initial interactions were pleasant and helpful. Then things got interesting. Initially I thought it was odd that everything we looked at was not available rather had to be ordered. We still went ahead and ordered because we liked what we found. We get their recommended Electricians name and number. We give him a call and he was "chippy" to say the least. Bad attitude and extremely expensive. So, no go with that guy. We get home, wait THREE weeks for the lights to come in. No one calls us to let us know they had been sitting at the store for a few days. We go and pick up the lights and that friendly helpful polite staff turned into matter of fact and rude. We get them home and realize the chandelier by our own fault is the wrong color. Then it gets more interesting. We call to ask about swapping and it was pretty much extra crappy attitudes from here on out. They sure took our $900 in cash when we came in to pay. Now they are saying they can do the refund but have to give us a check and of course nothing is in stock so no way to simply swap. We get the check and the manager just kept trying to "school" us on how we were planning to install the chandelier all wrong and how we are not doing it up to code even thought that is how it is currently ran and hung and passed a recent home inspection when we brought the home. This is a case of stay in your lane and know what you are talking about. Maybe you are right maybe you are wrong...but selling lights does not require you to bombard a customer on these things, it wasn't like a "hey by the way, be careful or cautious doing it that way." It was way over the top and then to be rude and have attitudes is unnecessary and then to not even have $455 in your drawer to give us on a Friday afternoon is ridiculous. AVOID! They are super friendly and helpful until they get your money and then watch out. No customer service from that point forward, zero professionalism and add it mother / daughter attitudes on top of it. AVOID!

I would highly recommend Lighting Etc. Their customer service is EXCELLENT!!!!! They have a great selection in their showroom and great prices. When we ordered our fixtures on Monday, we were promised they would be in by Thursday, and they were!!! When there was a problem with one of the fixtures, they went above and beyond to get a replacement fixture the same day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I have remodeled numerous homes and Lighting ETC is always my go to lighting source. Their service and knowledge of the industry is exceptional. Highly recommend!

I go no other place for my lighting other than Lighting Etc! Denise is second to none and ALWAYS does what she says she is going to do.. She does not care if you have $100 budget or a $10,000 budget cause she will hold you accountable to your budget and will treat you the same no matter what. What an amazing Christian company and a pleasure to deal with. As long as I build houses I will go to no other and I will not even compare pricing cause I know she will work to get me the best pricing for the product. Love this company and HIGHLY recommend them!

We have now used Lighting Etc. for our last two houses. In each case, we literally replaced every light fixture and ceiling fan. We heavily relied on their design expertise, especially Denise Duncan's, to help us make our selections. The results are everything and more than we hoped for. We went to Lighting Etc. exclusively for our most recent project, a new house, because of our previous experiences with them. Their product selection (they can get pretty much get whatever you want) and prices are exceptional. Their personnel are experienced, knowledgeable, ethical, honest, fair, and friendly. And they are very customer focused and flexible. We made several changes after installing some fixtures without question or hesitation on their part. We could not give a higher recommendation to any product or service provider!

I have work with Denise at Lighting, Etc. on many jobs with many clients. Each and every time, I am impressed with her amazing knowledge of her product, her willingness to work with my client and me, and her efficient and friendly service. I have never ever had a problem with Lighting, Etc. and I have always had fabulous service that includes a quality product.

I have been shopping at Lighting Etc in North Richland Hills, Texas for over 6 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Denise Duncan is the BEST! She will give you her honest opinion even if it means you don't buy something from her because she thinks something won't work like you wanted it to! Her goal is to have a happy customer and a beautiful home! I will not go anywhere else!

Great decorating advice. Love the light fixtures Denise helped me choose. Easy to work with. Tons of compliments on the 3 light pendants over island and dining room light fixture. Love the clean lines.

Denise is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, and helps you quickly get to the right solution for you. She is great in the showroom, or sending over ideas to choose from via e-mail. I have used her for all of my lighting needs, and would highly recommend her.

Lighting Etc is one of the best in the industry in the DFW area! Their friendly and knowledgeable staff makes them one of the most unique showrooms to visit when you are shopping for Lighting and Home Décor. They offer some of the best lighting brands in the industry such as Quorum International. The showroom location is easy to get to from major highway. When you walk in to the showroom you will feel the friendly atmosphere that will make you feel like home.
