We visited Living Lighting Ottawa looking for a dinning room and bathroom pendant. We discussed our ideas with Olivier (employee). He really took the time to explain everything from LED lights to specific dimmers that would be needed. He really knew what information was relevant and he made sure we understood everything. The model we were hoping for wasn't in stock, but Olivier took the time to contact the company to get the spec sheet and placed an order that arrive within a couple days. We were visiting from out of town, the store was accommodating to our situation for return policy since we we're moving in a couple weeks. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and now our home looks amazing with modern pendants. I highly recommend this store for lighting needs. Very satisfied with customer service and availability!

It is obvious to me in dealing with this family-run business in Ottawa that they appreciate their customers and know the often-forgotten meaning of customer service. Olivier and staff went above and beyond in resolving my issue by replacing an outside light fixture even though it had long passed its warranty.
