NiteLites of Jacksonville Outdoor Lighting

I am a property manager and have used NiteLites at several of my properties. They have been very responsive and do excellent work.

We've been using NightLights for several years in our communities and they've always been responsive, helpful and delivered an exceptional product. We've enjoyed working with Sean and his team so much, most of our company has had them install lighting at their houses. I would recommend NightLights 10 out of 10 times.

I wish that all of my vendors were as efficient, professional and affordable as NiteLites. Sean Hogan works with me as if I am his only customer and I know, for certain, that is not the case.

As long as your lights all continue to work flawlessly, you will probably be happy. If you have any issues that require post installation follow-up, hopefully your luck is better than mine. Out of 50 step lights, at least 30% of them have died over a 2 year period. They did replace about half of that, but I’ve been on my own to replace the others. More than once, they’ve promised to come out and check the entire system, set a day for it, then no-show. I have many other fixtures that have completely burned out, and those lights are only turned-on from sunset to 10pm. Adding insult to injury, many of their fixtures have a proprietary LED bulb system, where you cannot replace the bulb yourself, but instead must replace the entire fixture. Do yourself a big favor and examine all your alternatives before signing up to their services. My total installation cost was $37,004.15. Poor service, for that kind of revenue. Ironically, when totaling up the invoices for this review, I just noticed I paid $779 for two transformers I never received. I have a total of 5, but paid for 7. Nice….. Buyer Beware!

I highly recommend this company. We were very pleased with the outcome of the project. The customer service has also been outstanding!

The installation was very good. However, follow up has been terrible. When coming out to check lights that were not working they informed me that the lights under warranty did not have NiteLites bulbs in them (I have not touched these lights since installation) and the bulbs that were NiteLites were no longer under warranty (missed by 2 days). I called 3 weeks before warranty was up but they could not get out to my house before then. Billed me $600 for bulbs that should have been under 5 year warranty. Horrible!

Very prompt installation, service people very professional. After the installation we wanted a few adjustments and they completed the request at no additional charge. Excellent experience
