I have purchased light fixtures for my clients from Prima Lighting for many years. Their showroom is beautiful with a great selection of fabulous lights. They also provide excellent customer service.

I visited Prima Lighting show room and I was impressed with huge selection of many different light fixtures to satisfy various styles and tastes. People working there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased 30" dia SCH chandelier, two levels, for my client Mr.& Mrs. T. Besides some unfortunate circumstances with extended delivery time my client was at the end very satisfied and happy with product. The company actually delivered chandelier straight to my client's home with no charge as a kind gesture.

We built a new home in 2013. Sam offered us excellent suggestions as to the fixtures we should use in all areas of our home. He came personally to visit our home and document all fixtures that would be needed both internally and externally. The quality of the fixtures were excellent and his prices were very competitive. He provided all bulbs as well and helped with the installation of the more complicated fixtures. He was very responsive in addressing all issues regarding the fixtures. We were so happy with the service that all three of our daughters also purchased their lighting fixtures from Prima as well. His service is exceptional. Just this year, one of the fixtures in our kitchen was damaged. Sam promptly analyzed the problem and ordered the replacement piece required. He then sent his employees to come and install the replacement part. They did the job efficiently and effectively. In the course of building our home I dealt with hundreds of vendors, and Prima was one of the ones that offered exceptional service.

Highly recommend Prima Lighting for both home and business venues. Their consistent professionalism and knowledge is exceptional. We continue to receive many compliments, from fixtures to LED retrofitting to our entrance crystal chandeliers, an excellent source for unique & beautiful pieces.
