We are disappointed with the customer service we have received from Ruth G. We installed two gas lanterns a few years ago. They started having problems and we have done everything including switching out many parts and still have no resolution. Beautiful products but the support is very lacking. Sad it seems no one cares to help!

I bought six of of the Napa Wrought Iron Lamps. Two are pier mount and four are wall sconces. I made a mistake and ordered natural gas with an electronic ignition. As it turned out, there was no possible way to get electricity to the area where the lamps were to be installed. Dany, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and allowed me to return the lamps to be refitted for manual natural gas. In addition, the first four lamps weren't quite the correct color. Again, Dany was more than helpful and took the lamps, repainted them and had them redelivered to me. I would highly recommend Solara Lighting for the quality. The lamps are super fine, and I would recommend working with either Dany or Rick. Both are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and will work to ensure full customer satisfaction. My overall experience was excellent!

I absolutely recommend Solara for your lighting! We ordered 2 custom gas torches for our new home. We love love love them! They are the crowning jewel of the house! Dany was amazing in helping select our options. They arrived perfectly packaged and if I needed any assistance on the install, Rick was there to help. We are in the metro Atlanta area and finding an installer was easy too. So happy with everything!
