They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“We ordered several MaxLite Plug N Play undercabinet LEDs, 3 dimmer switches, and 10 LED bulbs to replace halogen track light bulbs in our kitchen. We had a few issues with our orders, both preventable and unavoidable, but Environmental Lights was committed to working with us until we were completely satisfied. “I was building a 3D printer and looking for the brightest LEDs I could find... I stumbled onto Flexfire LEDs, and am VERY glad I did! They have a good range of consumer grade, commercial grade, and even industrial grade LEDs. I haven't tried out the industrial grade, yet, but I can attest that the consumer & commercial grade are top notch. They are even brighter than I expected them to be and worked perfectly for how I was using them on my 3D printer build. I liked that they have a lot of accessories that are nice to have to aid in easy installation of the LEDs such as connectors/dimmers/drivers/etc. And they ship quickly to boot!”

We worked mainly with David Rapay who solved multiple lighting problems that came up during an overly ambitious renovation project. He sat with us in the store for hours to plan out recessed can trims, bulbs and filters - and then remembered each of the can locations and product decisions when questions came up later. He recommended specialized bulbs for wall fixtures with unusual locations and saved us money with less expensive specialized lighting options in other locations.
