This project was particularly challenging as we purchased a house from a developer mid construction so had to work with existing elements that had already been selected and blend them with our aesthetic. “Taylor Bryan designed and built a major kitchen/half bath/mudroom renovation for our 1960's home. They were courteous, knowledgable, creative and wonderful to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and worked with us patiently to come to a design that satisfied both our wants in terms of space and our needs in term of a budget. They also were willing to help us envision a fourth bedroom addition that we will hopefully undertake in the near future. We needed to "see" the whole picture renovation before committing to the first-stage of the renovation and they were willing to do this with us. They also worked with us to figure out a solution of where to put the washer/dryer for we had to move it from its existing space on the first floor for the 1st stage of the renovation but weren't ready to put it where it will eventually go once the second stage of the renovation is complete. They began the project on time, finished on time and the price of the project was exactly the price we agreed upon (to the penny). We would recommend them for sure!!!”
