“My husband and I purchased a home in Red Ledges, Heber Valley, Utah in January 2026. With a few exceptions, the home was unfurnished. I began working with Julie remotely to expedite the process before we arrived in April. Julie guided me in establishing goals, a budget and realistic time frames. Julie was instrumental in helping select a paint color that blended with existing wall decor and gave a warmth to the home. Julie and her team presented furniture boards with options. They definitely listened to our lifestyle preferences and helped us incorporate items that made the move. Their selections were unique and tasteful. Tayler, Heber Showroom Manager and Interior Designer came to our house several times and did an excellent job of guiding us with final furniture selections. Julie and Tayler responded to all inquiries in an efficient manner. They made the project fun and exciting. We are very happy with the quality of rugs and furniture selected and would highly recommend Design Matters.”

“I wanted to take a moment to provide a review. We bought a fairly traditional home in Winnetka and had about 4 months to plan our move in . We were very keen on transforming our spaces into a more transitional decor and feel. After talking to several design teams we had Jessica share her ideas. Right from choosing our wooden floor stain to wall colors she was involved in every decision. We had some very strong opinions of our own and Jessica and her team were exceptional at incorporating those but also pushing back where they felt it was not appropriate. We also loved the fact that right upfront she pulled together a very detailed view by room of the potential budget with options helping us make the right tradeoffs on where to go really high end and where we could tradeoff. We have received a ton of compliments on all aspects of our new home including the decor, the furniture pieces, at the art pieces, the accents and the rugs. We also loved the fact that she insisted on addressing the little details like changing our cabinet handles and faucets with the right colors and styles to fit the contemporary vibe we were looking for. We recommend Jessica and her team wholeheartedly and will work with her again in a heartbeat.”

“I'm super happy I decided to go with Helen and Majo at Design Loft. My project was a bit more unique as I wanted to convert an office space to a Speakeasy with a custom saltwater aquarium tank to having a hidden door. I reached out to different designers, some only did kitchens and baths and others just weren't a good fit with my requirements. I finally came across Design Loft and from their photos I liked what they did so I had a consultation with Helen. My wife and I really liked her and felt like she would be a great fit to take on our project. Oh and they also helped me do all the permitting with the city which helped me A LOT! That is something that was unique to Design Loft. Helen and Majo walked us through the whole process and built a room and generated a 3D layout and it was awesome! So cool to see it go from a design to reality! I would totally recommend Design Loft to anyone looking to design something special! Let them make your vision even better and transform it to reality.”
