They are very hard working, care about the craftsmanship and were very good to work with personally. I couldn't be happier with how the project came out. Tiago is very thorough and was very fair with the many add-ons to the project. The team pushed really hard to get us in the house on time, which was huge and we are truly grateful. After listening to us talk about the many possibilities for our addition, Jim provided us focus and a fabulous concept for our new master bedroom suite. He collaborated with us and an architect to ensure a solid plan, and in a few short months, Jim and his team built the addition over our garage that blends as if it has always been a part of the house. While the entire Refined Renovations team was professional and efficient, it was Jim’s creativity and wonderful design sense that enabled us to realize our dream of a casually sophisticated sanctuary that is simply elegant.”

“We hired Quinlan and Company for a complete kitchen remodel the whole area was completely gutted, with major changes to the floor plan requiring wall installation and support beam issues. We could not give them a higher recommendation they exceeded our expectations. They took care of every aspect of the remodel and kept the area nice neat on a daily basis. The kitchen is still our favorite room in the house and the quality of work speaks for itself by everyone that has seen the remodel. We also found their price quote to be the best price for the amount of work needed.”

“Kevin Roy Builders did an excellent job building my new home. Kevin's prices are competitive and fair. The quality of materials and workmanship were great. There were no hidden cost - once the price was agreed upon. Kevin was always available to listen and address any concerns. He took care of all of the details and permits.
