“Gail Williams Parde is the interior designer who worked with our build out crew, in making 2 condo units at Midtown Crossing in Omaha into a home we love very much. It is elegantly simple, and comfortable, with colors that inspired me. Gail worked to include those colors, and expand their use in related components--cabinetry, tile, flooring, and walls. For instance, it was her idea to build up a space in the entry ceiling to highlight it. Also, she said a false lighted window in the master bath would make it seem more like a real window letting in light, when actually, there is only a hallway directly outside that design. Another way she differentiated the space was in our dining room, where a set back wall was painted a contrasting color. Gail found a rug maker who created an unusual custom striped rug, with our color scheme yarns, personally studied and chosen by Gail. All of our furniture from our past home was retained, and incorporated into our new condo space, which was a budget saver. I really appreciated her professional abilities in measuring and finding the right products for the space, and her ease in communication with me, the contractor, and all suppliers. It is now 4 years later, and we are still being complimented by visitors on how our urban space has a modern, yet very warm feeling!”

“Lisa is very professional, creative and flexible. She pays attention to detail and is on time for meetings. She comes prepared. We bought a home in July, 2010. Basically, we gutted the house. We moved in to the home in September, 2010. However, we have continued working with Lisa for the past 20 months. With her involved in every phase of the interior design, we have redone the entire house. Through the process, Lisa has given us many great ideas, ordered materials, handled suppliers, dealt with problems and been a champion for our needs and desires. Lisa has integrity. She does what she says she is going to do. She is honest and trustworthy. During the last 20 months, we have been out of town on more than one occasion when work was being performed at the house. Lisa had a key, managed the suppliers who were working at the home and made sure all was secure at the end of each day. Lisa helped us pick floor coverings, window coverings, paints, carpet, furniture, fixtures, paintings, lighting, hardware...you name it, she was involved. Needless-to-say, we are more than happy with the final results. We would be happy to discuss her work with anyone considering using her for their home!”
