“Whatever you need, Robert is ON IT. On time, on budget, beautiful work, and he WRANGLES WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY so you don't have to. We hired Kodiak to stain our pool deck (at the recommendation of the local Sherwin Williams). Robert took one look at our roof and said, "You've got a lot of hail damage, see?" then showed us pics of the dings and dents we'd failed to notice. He met with the insurance adjuster a few days later and within a week we had a brand new roof. I then hired him to repair and seal our driveway. He powerwashed it THREE TIMES before putting the sealer on. A contractor with a conscience!”

New custom hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, fabulous glass backsplash, top of the line appliances, modern/contemporary style. Stringer Construction and Design was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the project in a timely manner and within our budget!”

“CFB was a great company to work with from start to finish! Carl, the owner, met me within a week to take a look at my project and really listened to our wants/needs for the space. We received a prompt proposal that was right in line with our vision. The construction portion to the final walkthrough/execution of punch outs went very smoothly as well. “This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. “Eric is a very unique contractor. He is the kind of guy you want to have dinner with after the job is complete. He is very budget conscious, pays attention to time frame and all the many details that go into a remodel. His crew is very tidy and very respectful of your space. They understand having contractors and subs in your house is very invasive. They do all they can to clean up and finish the job on time. Very nice company!”
