“Anita gave us our dream kitchen! When we decided to remodel our 15 year old colonial with builder grade golden oak cabinets, we approached 3 different designers giving each the same list of wants. The other two designers provided basic designs that a big box store could have done as well. Anita went way outside the box and provided us with a magazine-ready, yet totally functional kitchen. All her subs were first class and our entire project was finished on time. We are now constructing a new home and are excited to have Anita again do our kitchen.”

“I was very pleased with working with Pam Petritis on my kitchen remodel. The moment I met her I felt we had a good connection. I told her my price point I wanted to work with and she kept within it. She showed me samples of products that were very good quality and within my budget. I had made a few changes to the blueprints she created and every change I made she had the udates made right away. At not point in time were there ever any hidden charges or surprises. I had a very good experiance working with Pam and Plaistow Cabinets. I will and have recommended her to friends.”

“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. I would highly recommend her for any project!”

“My husband is very handy so we knew he could do the work. Problem was we didn’t have a design plan. I decided to call a professional. From the initial phone call, I felt I could work with Becky. She asked lots of pertinent questions, and I scheduled a home consultation. The project was a living room in a 30 year old house which hadn’t been redecorated in 20 years. We have views of a lake, so a nautical theme seemed natural. After much discussion, Becky suggested a “nautical shabby chic decor” complete with chandelier and seashells. She mentioned several architectural changes, such as taking down a 3/4 high wall near the stairs and installing a horizontal window over the fireplace. Just these 2 ideas added much-needed light into the room. We added white faux beams to the ceiling, a warm ash hardwood floor, and gorgeous grey walls (not a color I would have considered until I saw her picture board). What I especially liked was that she also helped me choose some wonderful, inexpensive accent pieces - a 4 foot sailboat on a shelf over our piano, cut glass lamps to enhance the chandelier, and a beautiful golden rug. These were found in consignment stores! We found Becky easy to talk to and she had out-of-the-box ideas! She listened to what we told her. She is an excellent communicator, and doesn’t try to talk you into something you are not comfortable with. Becky was reliable and when she says she will call you, she does. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking about a design plan. The outcome is a stunning room that we will be able to enjoy for years to come!”

My home is over 100 years old and Dawn came up with a design that incorporated the charm of the old (mud room, butler pantry lots of little spaces) with appropriate modern details a total professional through out the project. “Mandeville Canyon Design provided us with such incredible service and outstanding design work for our new home! Renee listened to what I wanted and made it come to life. Every day I walk into my house, I smile and love the way it looks. She is incredibly talented, fun to work with and so responsive. One thing that is most important to me when working with a designer is that the final product still feels like "me" and my style, and not like the designer and their style. Mandeville Canyon Design absolutely accomplished that! I highly recommend using them!”
