We are currently working on our second project with asap, a new ground-up multifamily building. This has been a complex project located in a national historic district, with both local and federal preservation challenges. The team at asap has been patient and hard-working throughout, dealing with multiple redesigns, and finally succeeding in obtaining challenging approvals. They have also worked very hard to create a memorable, modern design, while working with a limited budget and severe constraints on a tight urban site. I would definitely recommend asap, especially if you appreciate outstanding contemporary design!

Guy came ready to make our family feel like we don't need any further consultations! He was: Friendly- Called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Great communicator- IMPORTANT! Listens to every idea and executes it. Enthusiastic-Really excited to get the job. Professional-Came with his Badge around his neck w/ ID and License. Artistic- Visualized something we would have never considered. So I had researched many different companies to get an estimate on the remodeling process at my mothers home. Going through of course Houzz, HGTV, magazines, remodeling guides, internet, and local ads, Guy made us look no further. My family got larger within the year with the birth of our 1 year old son and paying $1,650 for a leased home without utilities, car payments, insurances and daily expenses. We decided to make some changes. To minimize our costs. We plan to remodel the home to make it two private family areas. My Mother owns a home in a prime location in Atwater Village and it currently has 7 bedrooms, 4 restrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 laundry area, 2 large living rooms and dining rooms and a large front yard and back yard. Not to mention also the garage. I had numerous consultations about building UP and making it it a two story home. Until, Guy! Once he looked at the place he was so inspired that he actually got me excited after being disappointed with high quotes and bad communication of what we are trying to achieve. He said the house has a large enough in square footage and that we do NOT need to build up. Mind you; building up you are looking at more time, Money and hard to get permits. (Almost a $2-300,000.00 job which I still have all the past contractors calling and harassing me.) He said that the house is large enough to accommodate two different families with their own private area, entrance etc.. He said that it was just not designed right,; It looks like a maze. All we really had to do is rearrange all aspects of the house with a good floor plan, knock down walls, and since pluming is underground with crawl space that would be the fastest, easiest, and inexpensive solution. HE MADE MY DAY! Out of so many consultations NOBODY gave me that option. I knew then he wasn't there to just get a job and take my money. Anyways he came through a few days later with his virtual 3D designer and she measured the whole house and told me that she will design a likable, livable layout and email it to me with the draft including my furniture. All I had to do is send her photos of my current furniture to incorporate them in the visual display. How awesome. I can edit and change everything to our liking. I am just so excited on the actual construction which I can not review about since we are not there yet. So far, So good, But I will definitely update my thoughts throughout the process.

Dustin and Alex are passionate about what they do and their enthusiasm is contagious. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to create a layout that would suit our growing families needs while working within our budget. They redesigned our kitchen, family room and outdoor entertainment area. We plan to do the renovation in stages and they came up with a plan to tackle each phase. We have completed phase one which entailed knocking out our existing fire place that divided our kitchen and family room. We now have an open planned kitchen and living room that has completely transformed our space. We will be renovating our kitchen and entertainment area later on this year and feel confident in all elements of the redesign with direction from Eyoh Design. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Lisa Little worked wonders in our smallish Venice space. We had complicated needs and she found elegant solutions within a tight budget. We redid a kitchen from the walls out, extended it a bit, added a bar, added in a huge walk-in closet and staircase in the master bedroom, and reconfigured a guest loft. The latter involved enclosing a half-wall for privacy via rotating shutters that Lisa dreamed up and designed. The shutters rotate open when the loft is not in use and closed when we have company up there. This was a brilliant idea, brilliantly executed at not much cost. Lisa helped with fixture choice, color choice, and furniture choice, and worked closely with the general contractor and his subs. She exhibited great taste, a firm hand, and a keen eye on the budget. Recommended without reservation.

Michelle Anaya was the architect and interior designer for several outstanding custom homes that I have built over the past five years. She brought great creativity and a unique style to all aspects of the design of each home. Her attention to detail is remarkable. Michelle’s work strikes a perfect balance between successfully addressing practical concerns and aesthetic excellence. She was a pleasure to work with and the homes she designed for me are beautiful!

I have worked with May Sung in two very different capacities, both could not have been more wonderful. May was an crucial component on the design process for my own personal home from the ground up. She was extremely professional, creative, timely, and enjoyable to work with. May and I have remained close for years after my project, and when I opened Waterleaf, my interior design business in 2007, we began working hand in hand on different projects. At the present time, we are in the midst of a large and beautiful family home in Manhattan Beach California, SUBU as the Architects and Waterleaf as the interior Designers. The process has been creative, exciting, and respectful towards all parties involved. I highly recommend May and her team at SUBU.

Working with Vision2Home has been nothing but awesome. They're always available when I've needed to get in touch with them and when that isn't the case, they're always quick to follow up. The projects we've worked on together so far, it's always felt like a team effort where everyone involved gets to voice their opinion and is taken into account for whatever the respective issue may be. I'm looking forward to the final results as well as moving forward in our ongoing relationship. Thanks everyone! :)

Alan from PCCA Design & City Services has been extremely helpful and prompt with all of the projects he has handled for me. Not only is he professional, and knowledgeable, but he has a good grasp on the city requirements needed to push plans through the city to get RTI approval. As well as fast submissions for permit issuance. I’ve been in the business a long time and nobody has impressed me as much as PCCA. Their pricing is unbeatable and their work is very detail oriented. They have more than earned my loyalty as a client and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
