“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. I cannot believe what a quality job MDRN did, all with a friendly and highly communicative attitude. AND they worked within my budget!”

“I have worked exclusively with CFM Company for all of my high profile clients projects. I have found them to be reasonably priced, very fast and the quality of their work is exemplary. I have worked closely with them on unique, custom built-in projects such as cabinetry for wine closets, game room paneling and display, children's loft built-ins with trundle beds as well as detailed wood cabinets and freestanding pieces. “OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”
