“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. “Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”
