“We hired Eldridge Company in August 2016 to oversee several projects in our "new" 24-year-old home: creating a large (7') arched opening in a kitchen wall, converting a window to a back door, and building a large (20' x 19') covered deck/outdoor living area. Throughout the consultation, design, and building process, Christopher Eldridge displayed exemplary communication, attention to detail, and respect for us and our property. The end results of his company's handiwork were beyond superb and we gained a trusted friend and ally for future design/build reference. “We purchased a “spec” house from Stacy Conley. Our new home is well built with many nice upgrades. Obvious care was taken with many of the decor choices such as flooring, lighting, and trim work. Stacy was good to deal with on most issues. We are disappointed with the quality of the appliances. The moving process was made difficult as there was no flexibility with our move in date. A more transparent process of obtaining estimates for contract negotiated items would have been helpful. This was Stacy’s first home that she built and we are happy to recommend her to others.”

“Clay Jones is a very professional builder! My client looked at a spec home he is building in Oldham County and fell in love with it. Clay spent several hours with us explaining in detail what was planned for the home and what was included in the allowances. My client has never built before, and Clay did a wonderful job explaining the process and time frames. After our meeting, my client commented on what a professional builder Clay is.
