“ABR was contracted to remodel/rebuild our home due to flood damage caused by Imelda. Project did have it's problems, which is usually the case with any remodeling project and ABR handled these problems/issues accordingly in a very professional manner. The project cost was reasonable and In the end we were pleased with the quality of work and all the improvements made to our home. Would hire again.”

“Hamilton uses several local and regional subcontractors for must of the work but oversees the job himself much of the time. He has chosen the subs from the general area within about 75 miles. They have worked on most of his jobs for longer than 5 years. The owner however can have input as to which sub that they prefer if there is a choice or they want a specific sub. Usually he works on a set management fee on a bid for the construction. The owner is informed if the bid is altered for more or less.”
