“C&H was a game-changer for our large and complex remodel. Professional and responsive doesn’t even begin to describe the level of service and care you get as their client. They brought fresh ideas to the table, pivoted on a dime when needed, and really helped tie all of our contractors together (construction, architect, etc) even though that wasn’t even their core job. Our house is so much better because of C&H, and we’d recommend them in a heartbeat — and have many times!”

“Sharon did a complete remodel on our Activity Center last year and we still get compliments almost daily. Any new resident who comes through our doors are completely impressed with the beauty of our center. Sharon is personable and so talented. She gave me choices which she recommended which allowed me to be a part of the design element. As we were on a strict budget, she even shopped resale shops for some of our furnishings and repurposed older furniture to make it look like new! Several people who have been to our center have hired her after seeing our building. We are located at 105 Cross Creek in Lakeway (8-5 M-f) if you want to check it out for yourself.”

“After being in our home for a few years we decided to change the look of certain areas. Because of all the positive reviews that we read about Sarah Rice Maldonado, I decided to contact her. After consulting with her it was evident that the reviews were correct. Sarah developed a new design for us. The design used the layout of the rooms more efficiently. She recommended I purchase a few new items that made the area flow better and look larger. Sarah has a very positive attitude and was very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a very keen eye for design. As a result of her hard work and expertise Sarah made our home more warm and inviting. I loved everything she designed. The touch of colors and the flower arrangement are beautiful!!! I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. Sarah thank you for your dedication and determination to make our home perfect.”

The information we requested was given to us on time, it was thorough, she has good eye for scale, balance and color, she does a good job with her paperwork trail, and she is able to make timely suggestions. “I cant say enough about Next Level Austin. I looked at many interior designers when we moved to Austin. I instantly fell in love with Janice, Dana, and her team. They were very professional and I felt like she immediately captured the vision of what I wanted. Janice was able to give me many options on how to keep the cost down without sacrificing the quality I was looking for. Another thing that really helped me was that she was able to bring the items to my house and I was able to see what it would look like in my house before I even purchased the item. I originally hired her to design my living room. I loved the finished look so much that we went on to redesign my dinning room, my kitchen, my entryway, my staircase, and we are currently working on the flooring in my master bedroom, stairs, and upstairs landing. I love working with Janice and Dana. I feel like they know how to design with class and sophistication. I plan on using Next Level Austin for years to come.”

“I worked with Karolina using her services twice for big renovation projects. She transformed 2 apartments in very poor condition to cute places to rent - they were my 2 investments properties. Everything was designed with a limited budget and came out fantastic. She and her team took care of the project from A to Z from conceptualization, realization, material and furnishing selection to property rental. European spaces are limited and to contain everything within a small surface is a skill. If you need a perfect floor plan they are certainly the best. My goal was to add value to the apartment, rent it for several years and eventually sell it. Excellent service if you want to add value to rental properties and any property, they can do magic with limited budgets. Space optimization is their strongest point”
