“As designers, we have enjoyed working with Harwick Homes for many years. The Harwick Homes team is extremely organized and attacks each project in a logical and methodical manner. At the beginning of each project we clearly define each of our responsibilities, meaning we work very well as a team - equally on new construction as with remodel projects. We have a great working relationship with the job supervisors in the field who alert us to any issues having to do with bringing our plans to life and the project managers in the office who help ensure that all of the product is ordered and delivered in a timely manner. The clients are always very pleased with the customer service and the end product when Harwick Homes is involved!”

“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”

“Sarah Anderson has been my Designer for over 10 years. She has helped me decorate 3 homes. I continue to use her because she is both professional and fun! She doesn't mind giving me time to decide what I like and continuing with ideas and suggestions until it feels right. She is very patient! She is also very attune to detail and understanding about budgets as well. We have sold two of the homes where she had found beautiful colors for walls and custom furniture in LR, DR, Family Room and Kitchen and those homes sold very quickly because they were so beautifully decorated. Our Realtors loved her because they didn't have to stage the houses! Currently we are remodeling our kitchen in Dallas. The colors she chose are gorgeous (my husband also trusts Sarah and likes what we have done). I wouldn't use anyone else, ever!”

“I had no idea who to contact for a tile job but when I inquired, Andy called me back. He is enthusiastic, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable about this work. He came in 2 weeks, was absolutely on time every day. The job was done to perfection with a wonderful cheerful attitude. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!! “My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“Siteline Construction was hired to serve as the GC for a home renovation project including gutting and installing a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, laying a new tile floor throughout the house as well as completing electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades. His workmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Being off island for most of the 6 month construction project, Brandon Tierney provided ongoing updates including photographs of progress being made as well as issues that were being encountered... between weekly conference calls and daily emails (as needed) he was able to resolve issues quickly with minimal impact on budget and schedule. The project was completed on time and on budget as promised. We HIGHLY recommend Brandon and Siteline Construction Group and would definitely hire them again for future projects.
