While I had made several other estimate appointments, the reviews were so good for World Class that I decided to request an estimate from them too. “I had Jeff Johnson come to my home to give us an estimate on a closet that I wanted to turn into a pantry/office closet. He was on time for the appointment and was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the consultation. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and had options for me to choose from. He was able to do a 3-D rendering on his laptop so I could tell what the closet would look like. Other companies are still just drawing the design out on a sketch pad. He represented Bay Home and Window very well and I would highly recommend him. I have chosen not to purchase at this time because of some remodeling we are doing, but will definitely call him when we are ready.”

“I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. “We worked with Carrie Yoshida on 3 separate projects - 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Each of the projects was completed on time within our budget and handled extremely professionally. We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Carrie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design and material selection making it a smooth and enjoyable process. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen.
