“Quality + Integrity = Ontario Villa We recently completed a major renovation on our bungalow. We had a terrible experience with our previous builder and we called in Ontario Villa to pick up the pieces and complete the project. They worked from the same plans and right from the start we could tell that the quality of work they provided was far superior to what we had just experienced. Angel and his team worked through weekends and pushed to get the job completed on time without once sacrificing quality. When we had any issues or concerns Angel was there to make them right and did so understanding that they were building a home for our family that we could live in for years to come and be proud of. We got the impression that Angel gave our project the same respect and attention that he would give to his own home. All of the individual trades that worked on our home carried this same attitude and worked toward the goal of delivering a home that we had dreamed of. Angel was on-site regularly to stay on top of quality control and to ensure the work being completed was up to our agreed upon standards. “My husband and I bought a home for our family and knew we had to make some changes to better suit our family and make it more functional. We had a very tight timeline and like most people, a budget to work within. From the moment we met with David and Jason we knew we were in good hands. What really stood out to us from the first meeting was how attentive they were to our needs and wants. They spent most of the meeting learning about us and reasons behind the project to better understand and help guide us. Their "Project Planning Phase" to us is the only way anyone should build or renovate. We were able to look at different options to ensure we maximized every aspect of our renovation, while fitting within our budget. The key takeaway form this phase was that we had an accurate budget and schedule before we ever signed a Construction Contract! Once the renovation began, it didn't matter who we had helping us. Whether it was our Project Manager Jake or the rest of the team that came to help when needed. They were all so attentive to our concerns and questions. The level of communication by the Alair team is unmatched! Their trade team are all so gracious and kind, but most important have the quality of work to back up all those qualities. I could go on and on about how great our experience was, it was not without it's issues like all renovations or builds, but it was never a worry with the Alair Team as they always had a great solution to every problem. “Working with Kingsgate on our kitchen renovation was a delight. We had an idea of what we wanted to achieve, but their knowledge and experience gave us a whole new list of possibilities that we would never have thought of ourselves. Mid-project, they were able to accommodate a couple of design changes and add-ons. The finish carpentry is especially good. They provided a reasonable estimate and, even with the add-ons, we found their pricing to be very good. We love the look and functionality of our new kitchen. Well done Kingsgate! I must say, this was an impressive project, and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. First, let me start with the design process. They provided in-house design services, which included 3D renderings, drawings, and obtaining the necessary city permits. This made the design and planning process very smooth and efficient. The team was very professional, and they took into consideration our ideas and preferences to create a design that suited our tastes and needs. The renovation was a full gut job, and the crew ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The guys were very efficient and worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. In fact, they were so easy to work with that we now feel like family! The finished product was absolutely stunning. The luxury finishes added an extra touch of elegance to the home, and it now feels like a brand new property.
