“We are an experienced buyer. This is the 5th house we have built. We understand the home building process and the massive differences in builders (and quality). We wanted a truly custom home - not minor modifications to houses a builder has done before (which is the easy way out for most Builders). Dion and Londonbury Homes came through for us. We have the one of a kind home that we dreamed of. The experience was great every step of the way. Dion was always flexible in adapting to and meeting our unique needs. He brought years of experience to the table. This helped immensely on the many critical decisions we faced. We made changes at every stage. Londonbury Homes rolled every twist and turn. Nothing was impossible. The project was on time and on budget . Dion did a phenomenal job of project management and communication. He was personally involved at every stage. The quality and end product is outstanding. I would highly recommend building with Londonbury Homes. If I had to do it all over again, I would go straight to Dion and Londonbury Homes.”

“I purchased my Weaver Home in a new development called Scenic Ridge. I can't recommend them enough. The office staff are fantastic. The project manager for my home was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I absolutely love all aspects of my new patio home. I had moved to PA because I was having a home built by another builder. That builder kept giving excuses as to why my home wasn't completed. After almost two years, I had to get a lawyer and back out of the contract. I no longer trusted them. I hired a realtor who took me to Scenic Ridge and I fell in love and immediately purchased my new home. From start to finish, I was in my new home in five months. I highly recommend them. They are family.”

“We hired this company to remodel a bathroom and kitchen, finish an attic bedroom, repaired plaster ceilings, repaired floor in primary bathroom and updated some wiring. They did very good work, the job looks great and I will hire them again. The bathroom was gutted to the studs and started over and redone in a modern design, although the fact that the shower was tiled it was a little expensive, but we love it. I personally did not prefer the mirror that was chosen, but it does work. I had designed the kitchen and the execution of the design is excellent. The door needed to be moved to accomodate the refrigerater and the ceiling needed to be repaired in order to install the cabinets correctly. The attic bedroom looks great, but the option of drywalling instead of paneling was not offered but could have worked out better. The paneling was not secured to all the rafters and has some sagging. They are easy to work with and have good work ethics and strive to satisfy the customer.”

“We having been working with Nest to design our new home for 8 weeks and it's been a seamless process thus far. After our very first conversation with Dan, he had such great insight as to what we were going for that he was able to find us the perfect home plans by the end of the phone call. We have worked intimately with Dan through all of the details of planning our home and he has been accessible and open to all of our ideas. Alex drafted our plans from scratch based on the inspiration home found and is not only creative but passionate and personable as well. This whole process is easier than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend working with Nest to build an affordable home in a short window of time. Nest is a company who is driven by a cutting-edge model of custom home building. We look forward to breaking ground and soon thereafter moving into our dream home! The Cuturic Family”
