“I can’t rate AVD Experts highly enough. I called them on a Saturday morning to help with some AV and structured wiring issues I had been experiencing. I called them based on strong reviews I’d seen on nextdoor. Christian called me back promptly to set an appointment. He then suggested that, if I was free, he could come over right away and take a look. Pleasantly surprised, I gave him my address. He and his brother came over and spent over five hours at the house patiently diagnosing - then fixing - my issues. Along the way, they made very helpful suggestions for cost-effective fixes to my WiFi, home security and other tech issues. The overall cost was very budget friendly, These guys are simply the best. They have become my go-to AV folks. Give them a try; I’m sure you will feel the same way too.”

“We used Marshall's to upgrade our audio/video (tvs, blue rays, URC mobile, outdoor speakers, internet upgrade, etc.) in our home and back yard and put in video cameras for security purposes. I am generally disappointed with virtually every contractor I have used - but that is not the case with Brian and Scott. They are timely, respectful and take the time to explain. More importantly, their service afterwards is the best I have ever seen. I text Brian with a question and he responds quicker than anyone I have worked with previously. These guys do a great job and if you need anything in the audio/video area I would highly recommend.”

“I think I lost the first review I wrote but these guys are so good, they deserve 2 reviews! I have some rather unique internet issues with my house so I called these folks because they were close to me. I spoke to Ed Studer who immediately said he could help but wanted to look at the situation first. Very professional. He showed up the same day he came and looked around the house and immediately devised a plan and set an install schedule. My techs were Bryan and Chris. Man, do they know their stuff. They went around looking at the setup I had and began the fix. Extremely polite and keeping me informed at every point. They were even able to explain and eliminate a glitch I had in my internet setup, even though it was not the reason for my issues. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Now here is the kicker, it was all very reasonably priced and i received a refund because it was unnecessary to do some of the work originally scheduled. These guys, Ed, Bryan and Chris are the best! Call them, you will not be disappointed.”

“I can't say enough good things about Chris, Rob and their crew. They were professional, creative and easy to work with. They took a bland lifeless room and made it into an amazing media room that is the envy of our friends and neighbors. We are now THE destination for the Super Bowl, the Final Four and random movie nights. The room we had done had basic wiring done by the builder for a projector and surround sound - but nothing further. The Audio Video Concepts team transformed it - putting in both functional aspects such as 3 rows of tiered seating, a wet bar and an eat at bar - as well as aesthetic details like faux column work along the walls that matched other columns in the house. In selecting the components - they looked at both quality and cost. They didn't just pick the highest priced items - but suggested quality items that gave us the most bang for the buck (functionality we wanted without giving us a bunch of stuff we wouldn't use). How do I know it's quality? Because 3 and a half years later - we've only had 1 item give us trouble - and the guys were able to get it fixed under warranty. We would absolutely hire these guys again.”
