I'm going to talk about several projects and lump the total costs together, rather than give individual costs and reviews. Sean does skillful, excellent work, with years of experience. He pays careful attention, competing each job in a timely way. He cleans up well at the end of each day and works steadily to complete the task. He patiently answers questions, responding and resolving any concerns. He keeps to fair, contracted costs, with no surprises. Sean installed three bathrooms, has reinforced support beams underneath and done preparation work for new hardwood floors. He has expertly installed safety shower and garage-stair grab rails, installed a new half wall in the basement staircase, to attractively add safety. He replaced some old paneling in the basement matching perfectly what was already there, by creating perfect matches out of new, non-matching replacement panels that he was able to find! He's repaired drywall, enlarged laundry room shelves and repaired outside porch trim and deck railing. In short, he's upgraded my home, adding safety, beauty and comfort, in many areas! “Nothing is done overnight! This kitchen company has a reputation locally and that is exactly what I had went by. The owners were amazing to deal with and the price was well worth the Quality kitchen I received. We planned to have our custom kitchen redone. The waiting list for our project was a few months. Being that we custom ordered all our cabinets. We had an install time of 2 weeks. So prepare yourself for no kitchen. Not a big deal when you know what the final product will look like. Remain level headed as things can happen during the rip out and renovation. We had encountered a few hiccups from when my home was built in the 1930’s, we went ahead and upgraded the electric and plumbing as this should be a step taken if necessary. So if the walls are open try to get those 2 trades taken care of for the future. At least that’s what we did. End result, well. Check out the pictures. Endless compliments with a kitchen that was built to cook and live in. Solid wood with all the accoutrements needed to live.
