She also made my little girls room look so elegant with the design she did there. She is such a delight to work with and very reasonable with her pricing. “Chris worked with me to come up with customized colors for my bedroom ceiling wall and trims, as well as the patio outside. He is extremely meticulous and does not cut corners. He is intent on coming up with the right colors under different light that both me and my husband like (we like very different colors) and does not mind how many iterations it took. I have never met anyone who is so good with colors. and I have kept on using his service whenever I have needs.”

“Shaun has wonderful design sense and an eye for detail, and his work reflects this aesthetic sensibility. He did a wonderful job helping me choose colors, and make the spaces flow into one another. The Venetian plaster is beautiful , and I believe of high quality( although this is the first I have seen up close for more than a glance, so my experience is limited). As always, there are changes that occur and he handled these gracefully. We had major scheduling issues with the other contractors, so hard to comment on the ability to meet deadlines. When I was ready, he already had other work going, so there were waiting times. But as the projected start date kept changing, I can't fault him for not being immediately available. He was responsive for small touch ups after he had finished. My project was not fancy and he did a great job. I think where he really shines is on the more elaborate faux finishes!”

“Sandra and Josh of "A Work of Art" took our very plain white plaster fireplace and mantle and in just one afternoon, transformed it into a beautiful centerpiece for our living room. The wonderful faux finish makes it look like old weathered stone and it is just lovely. They were both great to work with, very prompt and professional, and the price was amazing for the quality of work performed. Sandra even sent Josh out to do a touch up for me a year after the project was originally done, at no cost. I can't say enough great things about this company and would never hesitate to recommend them or use them for future projects.”

“I have hired this company on multiple occasions for jobs extremely large and very small. These ladies and their team are a complete joy to work with, both for me and my clients. They are very good at gaging the amount of time it will take to complete a project and keep a reliable schedule; which makes timing the contractors necessary for a job so much easier. They arrive when they say they will, they communicate daily, they keep a clean work site, they are very professional whether the clients are living amongst the project site or not. I never have to wonder how things are going when I'm not on the site, I know even if they encounter a hiccup, it will all work out seamlessly. Their work product is exceptional and very detailed; they listen and navigate their way through all ideas presented to them and come back with a detailed plan and execution. I've never had any unfortunate surprises or unhappy clients when The Painter Chicks are on the job. I have yet to come up with an idea they can't turn into a beautiful reality.
