“Flooring Solutions of Memphis is by far the most professional, competitively priced, and have superior workmanship than any other company we have used in the past. We had our hardwoods sanded, stained and sealed in our entire home as well as our expansive tile backsplash installed by this company. The sanding process was beautifully done and was very timely. The dust was kept to an amazing minimum and the crew was so committed to a job well done. There were ample color and finish choices as well as sealing types. Jon Straub, the owner, was very knowledgeable in helping us navigate through this kitchen and home renovation. When visiting the showroom, we found thousands of options to choose from with a beautiful array of samples. The floor sales staff were very helpful in helping us with styles, colors, grout type etc. We will be devoted to this business for our future renovations and look forward to working with them in the near future!”

“Although we have just ordered our floor so I can't yet speak to the final product, we have done a lot of research. We at first were considering a well-known competitor and feel very lucky that we were steered to Shannon Waterman by our architect. In comparing the quality of the samples S&W's far exceed the others. We've had extensive conversations with S&W and are very impressed with their knowledge and commitment to quality and to customer service especially. I cannot say enough good things about Adam who has helped us spec our Shannon and Waterman. He has been the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. We feel so good about ordering from this company who has really helped us achieve our dream floor!”
