“Great Northern Builders (GNB) did an awesome job on remodeling my home. Kitchen of my dreams. Finished my unfinished basement with a new bedroom, bathroom and office. New furnace and A/C. Roof on house and garage. Siding on garage. GNB was very accommodating as I work from home. It always felt like I was their only project. Held my hand through the entire desing process. Always timely responses to my endless questions. Id hire them again in a heartbeat. Cant image working with amyone else.”

“Lillian is a unique talent. She has the ability to see potential in your home you never could have imagined, and then the ability to build her vision at a reasonable cost, greatly increasing the market value of your home. Lillian took my parents’ 50-year-old home and brought it into the 21st century, turning it into a like-new home. As a result of her creation we realized multiple bids upon listing and netted some $90,000 more upon sale than estimated by one of the largest real estate companies in the Twin Cities. She worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life, putting in unimaginable hours of time preparing the home for sale, with her keen eye noticing the smallest detail. “Denali Custom Homes, Inc. hired Studio M of Mingle to work with my clients on a Luxury Home Tour house. The Designers did an amazing job of delivering a well received rustic contemporary design on a very tight budget. Studio M made all the interior selections with the client and coordinated the information to my staff in a timely and professional manor. Studio M worked with their sister company Mingle to design and supply all the cabinetry as well. They also staged the entire home with furniture for the show and did such a fantastic job that the clients simply could not part with the furnishings and decor. We were extremely please with their designers, service, and organization. It could not have gone smoother.”

Roberta’s calm and gentle demeanor helped me with this emotional task in a sensitive, yet very efficient, manner. She quickly assessed what needed to be rented, and which of our own items we could use to stage the home. Roberta’s style is fresh and simple, with a modern and inviting feel. ““When I was looking to replace my outdated kitchen, I wasn't sure where to start. I first met Rebecca Ryan at a local home show where she was representing the NKBA. Several months later when we decided to take the plunge, I called Rebecca first. After answering several questions about the way we use our present kitchen, design ideas we might have, likes/dislikes, budget, etc., she measured our space and came back with several options for re-designing the kitchen. She had ideas that we would never have thought of to maximize the space to its fullest potential. Now, almost 3 years later, I continue to love my kitchen. There is nothing I would change. I have recommended Rebecca to anyone who asks who did my fabulous kitchen.”

“Building a house is one of the most exciting, stressful, costly and memorable things one can do in a lifetime. Picking your designer is your first crucial decision. Emily makes the process incredibly pleasurable. She has the education and experience to make her great. However, it is her natural ability to see beauty that makes her exceptional. Emily has this incredible ability to help you see the vision which is hard for us first timers or novices out there. Emily takes your idea and stratifies it. She pushes you just enough so you take comfortable risks and gently steers you from regrettable mistakes. She is remarkable. One of the most important elements Emily brings is advocacy. During my build when we ran into problems, my builders/contractors would occasionally push me into solutions that were easiest or cheapest for them. Emily would not allow it. She would rectify the issue and provide solutions that we all agreed on and most importantly I was happy with. This makes her worth her weight in gold. Emily has everything you want and need in a designer. She is experienced, talented, diversified, organized, professional and truly a joy.
