Our designer Rachael respected our time and didn’t waste it with silly upsell options that would unnecessarily drive up the cost of our project. There is one other really important thing that distinguishes Closet Factory from the competition: their installers were fantastic. The other two companies we received quotes from didn’t handle the entire demo and install process. Instead, they leave it to you to do some of the tear out or patch work. Closet Factory’s installers did the full tear out and install for a 150 sq ft master closet in 6 hours. And their work was flawless.”

“We bought are house in 2002 and it had a huge master closet. However it was done in a simple but tired looking fashion and I desperately wanted to really upgrade it in 2014. I took the time to meet and work with 4 different closet companies in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. As you can imagine, this took a lot more time than I originally thought but every friend and neighbor had their own recommendation, so I tried them all. I told each of the closet designers that we liked the way the current closet functioned but wanted it updated. So that was exactly the type of proposal that 3 of the 4 designers came up with, however the 4th one came in with their own design different than what I asked. Initially this surprised me a bit but then she explained why she wanted to suggest changing the current design and how it could be so much more. That took courage for her to go against my initial request but I am so glad that Kathy from Closet Factory did. The design was 10x better than any of the other 3 companies. Even when I gave the other 3 an opportunity to make some changes to their initial proposal, they all came up short and Kathy was the winner with her design by a mile. Then to top it off, on the day of the install the Closet Factory team showed up in several trucks with a crew like a SWAT team, led by the direction of a gentlemen named Braulio. Was I impressed. They showed great care for the house in bringing in the materials, making everything perfect and leaving it in showroom condition. It's rare in this day and age to have such a positive experience but Closet Factory clearly earned an 11 out of a 10 ranking. With the design by Kathy, followed by her delivery on the results of exactly what we discussed, coupled with Braulio's masterful installation, I will gladly do my next closet remodel with Kathy and Closet Factory. I am sure this sounds overly positive as if almost to be made it, but in all my remodel efforts this has been my best experience ever. Bob”

“Our experience with One Day Door and Closet (Phoenix) was exceptional! We had a 10x10 room that we were looking to convert into a master closet. The room needed to be demolished, lay new flooring, and wall in an exterior door opening. Matt was able to take accurate measurements and provide a working model before our room project began. He provided a 3-D model on his computer and was able to customize nearly every inch of the closet to our liking. We took bids from two other companies. A large "big box store" was actually the highest by over a thousand dollars and a "mom and pop" local closet company was less by about $1,500. We still went with Matt at One Day Door and Closets because of several reasons. 1) He was attentive and professional, as well as he took a vested interest in the product and service. 2) the 3-D model provides accurate measurements and you get a real feel of what the room will feel like (the competitors had to hand draw each wall on a piece of paper). 3) Matt was able to provide corner units (rounded corner rods). This is rare as well and provides a continuous look in each corner and maximizes space. 4)when asked "roughly, how much hanging space will we have?" Matt looked at the top of his screen and was able to quickly say "28.6 feet." I loved the accuracy. The other companies responded with "well..about... this much." The date was set for about a month after confirming product layout and initial payment of 25%. The date was accurate and his crew arrived promptly at 8 a.m. By 3pm they left. No mess, no fuss. Overall, we are thrilled with the product and service of One Day Door and Closets. Yes we paid more, but we honestly feel like we received more product and service as well.”
