She has fabulous vision, sense of color and style; and ability to create a beautiful as well as functional usable space. They absolutely nailed it and I could not be happier with not only the outcome but the entire process from start to finish. Sandra Britt Interiors is extremely organized and detailed and it's so important to have a company that you can trust and truly rely on to moves things a long as fast and efficiently as possible even when there are serious supply chain issues that we face today. “We hired Tokan construction to complete repairs in our living room after water damage. After restoration was complete, Shawn came in and provided us a very fair and reasonable quote for the work. Heather (his wife and partner in business) helped us navigate all aspects of the operations including signing a contract, working with our insurance company (upon request), and even helping us to choose paint colors and design aspects. The work was completed (reframing, baseboards, sanding, painting) and far exceeded our expectations! We are already working with the Tokan’s on our next home project of completing our exterior paint. So pleased with this duo and highly recommend on any home construction or design job.”

“I entrusted Megan Grehl to transform my new NYC apartment into a beautiful, comfortable place to live. I desired a design that would reflect my personality and style - clean, contemporary, feminine, and soft. I really liked the mood boards since they helped me to imagine what my space could look like. Megan was receptive to my feedback and also addressed my specific needs, such as selecting custom black out blinds to provide almost complete darkness to improve my sleep. Megan did an excellent job designing my apartment with a neutral color scheme with just the right amount of feminine colors, accents and textures. I especially like the lighting she chose for the space. She really thought about how to make sure that the apartment was balanced and felt like a home, not a startup office. She also helped me decide in which pieces to invest and how I could save money in other areas. My apartment has become a place where I really enjoy spending time and relaxing. I was not an easy person to work with, so I appreciated the flexibility and patience that Megan and her team had when working with me. They were always available to be on site to help with the contractors. Megan was also available for video calls to go over ideas. It was my first time working with a professional designer for my home, and I am very pleased with the results of the project and working with Megan and her team.”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Cristina from Casca Doce Studio approximately 7 yrs ago when she assisted us in redesigning both our children’s bedrooms. We also had the pleasure of working with Cristina on short notice in redesigning once again our daughters bedroom as part of her 14 yr old birthday gift. After recent water damage we’ve decided to redesign and upgrade our kitchen ,bathrooms and all new flooring through out the house. We met only once with Cristina and by our second visit she was able to incorporate our ideas with her vision. We are looking forward to see the results of Cristina’s expertise and ability listen while exceeding our expectation with the final product once again. We recommend highly Casca Doce Studio for valueing the importance of helping us create future memories with a beautiful design and functionality for our guest and loved ones.”

“If you’re interested in a complete renovation or interior decoration that goes smoothly then The Miami Design Studio would be a good choice for you. The owner returned all emails, texts and phone calls, if his crew was unable to make it on a scheduled day he would let me know ahead of time, communication is his strength. This is a smaller owned family business so his wife designed the bathroom remodel. It turned out just beautiful and we’re happy with the end results.”
