“Josh and Matt and all the guys at Tri Arc were really a pleasure to work with on our project. Josh was patient while we worked through our concept and came up with some great ideas along the way. Matt and his crew came on the days they agreed to be here and did really high quality work. Our project was for built in cabinets in our finished basement. Any time you have a contractor do work in your home, there will likely be some issues. When these issues arise, is when you find out about your contractor. How about a cabinet literally not fitting through a doorway to get to the space it was to be installed? How about Tri Arc removing an interior door and the door trim and having to cut a hole in the drywall to turn the cabinet around the corner to get it to it's new home? They did all of that and then replaced the hollow-core door with a new, solid one, reinstalled all of the door trim, repaired the dry wall, and painted everything. It's actually looked better than before! We're looking forward to having Tri Arc work on our next project.”

“well done, well constructed. We had a deck construction and everything was exactly as planned. The project manager stayed engaged and always answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I had a technology glitch with initial down payment they were very patient and I was not penalized. He provided valuable suggestions and worked well with us to overcome any obstacles. Our final inspection of the deck the county inspector said it was very well built, "you could put as many people as can fit on this deck and its not going anywhere."”

“A.J. Pitman Construction is an amazing company to work with! Mr. Pitman has such an artistic mind, you can give him an idea and he will run with it! No matter the budget, they will give you something beautiful! A.J. Pitman is my go to construction company, from customizing the interior/exterior of my home or major fixes! They replaced my roof this past year... and I have to say my roof looks better than the day I bought the farm! They built my horse barn, did all my fencing... there is not anything A.J. Pitman can not do, and if you have a project he is not sure he can accomplish, he will find the right company and monitor their every move to ensure his customers satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!”

“Reshaped subfloor and installed 1/2" wood flooring in about 60% of the house. Very close attention to detail. Wired and installed microwave/oven fan (with exhaust) above electric stove. Painted interior ceiling and exterior trim. Reconfigured handrails for entire front porch. Repaired one 8" by 8" support beam front porch. Mr. White is a consummate professional building contractor. Knowledgeable, skillful, honest, trustworthy, timely and well respected.”
