“Timber & Stone assisted us with a home addition project. When we first started meeting with Mike and Joe, we were not sure if we wanted to add on to our current home or buy a larger home. Ultimately, we found that we could get exactly the amount and type of space we needed and wanted by adding on. All along the way, we felt that Timber & Stone made an effort to understand us, our style and our needs. The end result is an addition that we absolutely love! The new space meets our needs and is even better than we imagined. We do not have a large house, and working with Timber & Stone helped us to understand the value of good design. Many of the homes we looked at had more space than we do now, but this house lives better. We would most definitely work with T&S again.”

“Choosing the right contractor can make the difference between a successful television series and a disaster. As a Television Build Producer and Production Designer the hardest part of my job isn’t the work itself, it’s finding a competent and reliable contractor to do the job and perform at a high level from start to finish. Redel Construction Inc. was that dream team. Terry Redel is conscientious, hard working, has top-notch communication skills, can troubleshoot on the fly, and understands the importance of a budget. I would hire Redel Construction again for TV or my residential and commercial design clients. “Ricky Greeve with Greeve Construction built my home in rural Pottawatomie County KS. We started from scratch, drew a plan together, and went from there. He did a fantastic job! Building a custom home can be overwhelming, but he struck the perfect balance between giving helpful guidance, and giving total freedom to do what we wanted. It would not have turned out nearly as good without him. His subcontractors are competent and polite, and all interactions were promptly responded to. Most of all, Ricky exhibited high character at each stage giving me confidence in the integrity of my home's construction.”

“In 2018 I put my house up for sale before this Framework came in and did a multitude of jobs. The measured and installed both shutters for the front of my house and window well covers for the basement windows. The exterior of the house was pressure washed from top to bottom and then painted. It was a completely new house. Interior painting was done in various places around the house and a huge repair to the dry wall that cannot be seen now. After a very dry blowing snow in late 2018 I had some snow in my attic that melted and left water marks on the vaulted ceiling. Framework was able to come in treat the water stained spots and then repaint the ceiling. A few weeks after that painting I could see roller marks and called and the ceiling was repainted within the next two days.”
