“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

He really listens and understands his clients and always keeps their best interests at the forefront of his service. “I hired All Inclusive Construction for three reasons: to fix the disconnected sump pump hose from under the deck that continued to cycle water back into the basement and would eventually burn out the sump pump, to replant landscaping that was incorrectly planted, and to clean out an estate home that was a total disaster. In each instance, All Inclusive Construction arrived timely, was knowledgeable, capable, finished the job on time, cleaned up, and was true to the quoted estimate. In addition, All Inclusive Construction was professional, patient, and friendly. Two thumbs up!”

“Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.”

“We asked Mr. Tom Baio to renovate/ extend our home, he prepared architecture plan that addressed our issues, concerns and most important he prepared for our dream home. How worked with us for meetings and understood our requirements and kept our budget in mind. He found three contractors and got estimate, interviewed them and selected the best one. Mr. Baio and his firm represents best people that we ave worked with, truly professional and innovative and imaginative. The project of extension / renovation has not begun yet we are very pleased with this reject. We highly recommend Mr. Tom Baio and his firm as an Architect and Designer.”
