“I searched houzz to find a design oriented contractor to design/install coffers and trim in the first floor great room and kitchen area as well as install replacement spindles (replace wood w/ metal). Following meeting with four providers and getting estimates, ended up working with Roger/Mitre Contracting. We have absolutely no regrets and can not be happier with the work. The work was completed exactly per the time frame, design and estimate. In fact another small space was added to the end of the job which he just included into the initial estimate! I have never heard of a contractor doing that. The quality of the work was verified by a painting crew that followed, which included several carpenters. In fact, the head of the painting crew and Mitre exchanged information for future referrals. I just hope Roger/Mitre do not get too busy so he/they can return to complete follow-up work.”
