“This was a substantial, whole-house remodel (keeping the same footprint) to make a very quirky, dark home on a gorgeous wooded hill into a light and airy rustic-modern home to live in the rest of my life. We went down the design and contractor path with a number of people (for a number of years) before finally coming back to Mark Hoerr and his architect/designer Seth Luginbuhl. I cannot say enough good things about the process with Mark and Seth that got us a final design. Now we are in the thick of the remodel, and cannot say enough good things about the carpenters and other tradespeople. They are extremely talented, diligent and hardworking, responsive and respectful, and all-around a pleasure to work with. I can't wait to upload finished photos around Christmas time, but will upload a few of the house in progress.”

“KSCI has remodeled our master bathroom, built a new deck, poured concrete for us as well as replaced doors and windows in our house. They've done tens of thousands of dollars worth of work for us and we'd hire them again to do the same in a heartbeat. There have been numerous times I've needed emergency help with an electrical, plubming or flashing situation and they've been there whenever asked.”

“I have used Shawn for several projects in my home. He is fair, thorough and is very particular with his work He has removed a tree, replaced a toilet and replaced a bathroom floor, and replaced the faucets on my washer. I would use him in the future and would recommend him to family and friends.”

Since I bought this house partially finished out of for closure, lakeside allowed me to sub-contract some of the work myself- using my family members that are in different trades. “Chad remodeled our whole home. He took a jacuzzi room, paneled in cedar, and extended it past our deck, and adding a new deck beyond. He also dug under our old jacuzzi, making a full storage room and a downstairs library. The new family room has six skylights and twelve tall windows, so it's light and airy. Paneled in beautiful cedar, it's our favorite room. The downstairs has become a complete bedroom suite with a kitchen, library. and storage room. It's sufficient to say sixteen years later, we're still singing Chad's praises in both design and execution. He has our highest recommendation.”

“We hired Chuck to build a 24 x 24 garage. The plan he showed us was exactly what we were envisioning. There were no surprises along the way. His crew gave us daily updates, were respectful of our neighbors (we have a small lot), and if there was a delay besides Mother Nature, we were informed. They kept our back yard cleaned up at the end of each day, and when they were done, nothing was left behind. They even swept out the garage when it was completely finished. We could tell the employees liked what they were doing and who they were working for. When we had any questions or concerns, Chuck or Caroline responded back right away. They never acted like we were bothering them. The quality of work they did was fabulous! The concrete company pouring the driveway and patio commented that our garage was better construction than what they have seen at other job sites. I would definitely hire C.T.Gabbert for any remodeling or construction projects in the future.”

“We built a Schorck home and have been thrilled with the quality and design. The floorplan was thoughtful and logical and fits our needs perfectly. The construction process was very organized and we were given a timeline for when selections were due. This cut down on the stress and made the experience fun. I was most impressed with the honesty of the builders - they are very trustworthy and professional. If we ever build another home, it will be with Allen Schrock and Sons.”

“We hired Bob and his team from Keystone to renovate our entire first floor after purchase. This included all new hardwood floors, new fireplace, removal of walls/cabinets, and complete renovation of the stairs along with various painting and upgrades to hardware throughout. Their customer service, knowledge, craftsmanship and end result were beyond excellent. They Keystone team listened to each and every aspect of our vision and offered knowledgeable insight on how we could make that a reality. They were truly partners in creating our dream. Bob exhibited a genuine care and honesty of all aspects of the project and we knew he was always reachable if we had questions or wanted to make a change. We will certainly hire Keystone in the future and know that anyone who engaged Bob and team will be happy with the results for years to come.”
