“I have had the opportunity to use Fresh Air Flow in both my business and home. This is a terrific company to work with. They really care. If I have an emergency, they re-work their scheduled to fit me in. Their pricing is very reasonable, and their recommendations are always spot on. At my home, they recommended an energy efficient HVAC system that reduced my monthly bills by $100 per month! The difference in cost for the upgrade was recovered quickly. They also did a whole house vent cleaning. I was surprised at the amount of dirt they recovered from the cleaning. At my business, we had ongoing issues with hot spots in the summer. Ben and his team again made recommendations that have fixed our issues. (We tried unsuccessfully for many years with several other HVAC contractors to get resolution.) If you are looking for a friendly, reliable, fairly priced HVAC provider, that will fix your issues and offer excellent advice, then Fresh Air Flow is your top choice. (Plus, they are nice guys!)”

“After sweltering through too many NJ summers without central air, my husband and I decided to put in a proper AC system this year. Since our house was built in the 1920s with radiant heat (no ducting) and almost no closets (where one might hide such ducting), we knew it was going to be a big, complicated job, and thought we'd need something like high-velocity AC. Tom came out, took a look at our situation, and explained a number of different options, finally designing a system ideal for this peculiar old house: dual Mitsubishi units (one in the basement, to cool the first floor, and one in the attic, to cool the second), with all ducting confined to the utility spaces. He accommodated our schedule for installation exactly as we requested it, was up front about costs, and didn't go over budget (he even upgraded a portion of the system at no additional cost to us). Perhaps best of all, his team was amazing: his guys (especially Mark and Jason!) were punctual, professional, patient, they explained everything as they went along, and they consulted me if they needed to make a change. They were also incredibly neat; they put down canvas to protect my (beloved) wood floors, and managed to do five days' worth of significant construction without doing any damage. They didn't even scuff the paint in our (super narrow) hallway, going up and down to the attic. And they installed a system that makes our basement and attic look very sleek and space age. I am always impressed by people who are good at what they do, and these guys are the best!”

“We moved into our family home 3 years ago (built in 1910) and needed to replace our heating/cooling systems. We got three quotes and picked Aggressive. From signing the sales contract to working with them in middle of July for two weeks in our attic they were AMAZING!!!! Their commitment to the client, their professional staff, accessible owner, sales team with 20 plus years with the company, and finally their annual service contract is all EXCEPTIONAL!!! “Dennis knows his trade and doesn't BS you. He gives a wealth of information so that you can make an informed decision. Dennis is personable, and easy to talk to. “Installed Central Air Conditioning in a Split level house that has baseboard hot water heat. Professional, courteous, and extremely neat. Fabricated duct work on site, so everything was exactly measured. Put Air Handler and Attic Fan in attic, condenser outside, Added a light in my attic, and a GFCI outlet outside near the condenser. I had several estimates, and they were the lowest, and included extras (attic fan, outlet, light, and some flooring in the attic) at no additional charge.”
