There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”
