“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“UPDATE: Since I wrote this review last, I received a response from Gandalf Restorations owner, Alex, who was helpful in getting the issue resolved and cover the cost for the repair of the small chip in the stone. All's well that ultimately ends well! __________________________________________________________________________ We got our kitchen remodeled two years back through Gandolf Restorations. We originally chose them for their professionalism that they showed at the time of presentation. They also had a warranty for their service. Two years later my kitchen counter stone has a chip in it and inspite of approaching and respectfully writing to them more than half a dozen times the owner, Alex, has not responded after his first response. They do an ok job but needed to be micromanaged to get best results. I would not recommend Gandolf or any other business who does not stand behind their work! This is a tiny chip that could be easily filled and they could've saved their company's reputation but it's unacceptable to be non-responsive in a service based business.”

“Robie is terrific. We interviewed quite a few architects for this job. Many had great ideas and beautiful plans though they were double our budget. Robie stuck to the budget and came up with lots of great ideas. He was very flexible and creative. We'd use him again in a heartbeat!!!! We love the result and the pictures posted don't do it justice!”

“Classic Construction recently re-sided my house and replaced all of the windows, doors and trim. i couldn't be happier with the results and the way they went about doing the work. The crew displayed the utmost professionalism, and anytime a decision needed to be made or a question came up, Ian and his crew were there to provide guidance and asked the right questions to find out what was going to work best for us. They did the job on time and on budget and the finished product is great.”

They also put forward ideas for us to consider as the project evolved and offered alternatives that complimented the overall project. “We recently added on a sizable front porch (>500 sq ft) with a fair bit of bells & whistles – 7-foot overhang, stone columns, lights, siding, pavers, front door, new driveway, etc. A few points about working with Bonomo… 1.We met with a handful of contractors before coming across JACK; he was the only one who spent extra time to talk through all the drawing details, provide suggestions, and connect directly with our architect for clarifications – all prior to signing. He got us a quote in a couple of days. Knew we had the right guy from the jump and basically signed on the spot. 2.Jack (and Lisa) handled every piece of material and did a phenomenal job communicating & coordinating schedules for each phase of the project. Impressive job given the supply constraints and it being the dead of winter! 3.Ran into a couple of hiccups along the way, as expected with any project. Never heard Jack fret or complain, and never pushed back the work; just rolled up his sleeves and climbed in the trenches (literally, in our case). He’s that guy – never afraid to get his hands dirty to keep things moving and get the job done. Honestly cannot say enough about Jack, his easy attitude and dedication to his clients. He owns the work and makes sure it gets done right, down to every nuanced detail. Jack is a legit professional and all-around genuine guy – it was a pleasure doing business, we’ll absolutely be reaching back out to Bonomo for our next project.”

“We were introduced to O'Meara Construction through our client who worked with Rob and his team on another project in their home and had nothing but good things to say about them. In fact, they raved about the professionalism they experienced and Rob's ability to stay on schedule. So, naturally we worked with O'Meara on the project that Studio China Architecture + Design planned and the project was a success. Rob worked methodically through the process and ultimately the space came together exactly as we had envisioned. We highly recommend O'Meara Construction and look forward to collaborating with Rob and his crew on the next project.”
