“This is my 4th time hiring Olympic as a property manager. Russ runs a great business. His crew of three showed up on time and ready to go. They did a walk thru with us to make sure we were all on the same page. The price was exactly as quoted and they were professional and careful with every piece of furniture. Wrapping and padding so as not to damage anything. We called them the Tetris Kings. How they loaded everything into that truck to make the most of the room was perfect!! They seemed to have a great system in place so as to most efficiently use their time. All I know is they were constantly moving and before I knew it, everything was moved from one place and delivered (perfectly intact) to the next place. The fact that they are licensed, insured, and provide their services in compliance with California state law (for example they wrap mattresses in plastic to prevent the transfer of bed bugs as required by state law). As a business owner this provides not only piece of mind, but is an absolute necessity to protect myself and my own business from potential litigation should an employee be injured while on our property. This is a small business, they may not have a large staff, but I will take quality over quantity of men any day. Olympic cares about their clients satisfaction with the service they provide. We had an item receive some damage and Russ went above and beyond my expectations to try and repair the piece. I chose not to purchase any additional moving insurance, so his efforts to make sure I was happy is a testament to why I like to work with a small family owned business. They care about their clients. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my future moves. Thank you again Russ and your wonderful crew at Olympic.”
