Ross and his team were extremely helpful with our move from NJ to NY. The communication was perfect, as he informed us about any changes or delays which were absolutely understandable considering the Monday morning traffic jams in and around NY. All of our belongings arrived in perfect condition just the way we left them. It was simply a 5 star service at the best possible price we could get. Highly recommend and would use Traditional Express Van Lines again in the future.

The service was fantastic from beginning to end. The 4 gentlemen who did the moving arrived on time, with positive attitudes, ready to work. They were efficient, did a thorough job of wrapping a very special couch, transferred everything to Logan in a very timely manner, and were respectful upon pick up and drop off. Just completed another move with them; once again very professional, moved things very quickly, and were great about asking where to put things. Brought their own plastic to protect the mattress, and offered to assemble furniture (like our bed) that had to be taken apart for transit. Nothing arrived broken or damaged. If I have to move again, I'll probably be another repeat customer.

Great moving experience. They quickly responded to each question. Called me directly when I was ready to schedule the move, scheduled a 9-10 arrival, movers called me ahead of time to confirm details and arrived in the scheduled time. Movers were friendly, careful, completed the move in the time frame I expected, and charged exactly what I was quoted would be charged for the hourly fee. Will definitely use again in the future.

Very professional! They worked quickly and efficiently. They took great care of our furniture and other belongings. They even went above and beyond by repairing furniture that had been damaged in a previous move by a different moving company. We were very pleased with their service!! Highly recommend.
