“I was building a garage and needed a drawing for the county to approve my building permit. Steve was very helpful and understanding as I was trying to get things updated quickly to get the permit. Steve was able to make all the updates needed quickly and make it look exactly how I wanted for the county to approve the building permit. Very easy to work with, on time and within budget. Steve was fantastic, in fact I am planning on using him again for anther project I hope to put in later this fall or early next year.”

“We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Delphinium Design for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Jena was with us from day one, helping us with the tough decisions and ensuring that our vision was achieved. The contractors she recommended were very professional and did top-notch work, and through it all, Jena was there to coordinate and oversee their progress. We trusted Jena and knew no matter what she was on our side and had our best intentions. She was so much more than our designer. Living through a home renovation definitely has its challenges but we have heard horror stories and we didn't experience any of those. We think that is largely due to Jena and her management of the entire project. We finished on time and under budget; things we didn't think would be possible. “Jenny Pippin of Pippin Home Designs can design anything. ...from huge homes to small ones. She listens to her clients, designs liveable homes and takes advantage of any and all views. She is highly capable, artistic and yet reasonable. She designed our home about 20 years ago and I wouldn't change a thing. It's on a sloping lot with only a small section that is flat for the house's footprint. It was a winner from plan to inception. I still love and live in every square foot.”

“When we bought our forever home, we knew the kitchen was lacking the love the rest of the home and property had. We didn’t know how to begin to make this our space…how do we do this? How much will it cost? What does our space look like anyway? Then, with a phone call and recommendation, we were sent to Chris. Best decision EVER! He was so patient with us and helped us find out just what would make us happy in our space. And he was right! His guidance and suggestions made this project tolerable, his caring about others and loving what he does helped make our new kitchen be the warm gathering place we dreamed it to be.”

She is very professional, efficient and stays on budget while also knowing where to splurge and where to save. She looks for the best price for items while also prioritizing comfort and quality.
