“I hired TEC Construction and Development to renovate my kitchen about three years ago and it was a very UNstressful completion. Dawn and Bill have a level of professionalism that made the entire project seem effortless to me. Dawn's assistance in the design; i.e., removal of walls, selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, flooring, etc. allowed me to make my choices with the assurance that the composition was correct for the look I was trying to achieve. Bill's work ethic kept all the subcontractors in succession and on time. The job site was cleaned each night so there was minimal disruption to the rest of the house. “A water leak in the kitchen wall resulted in mildew damage to our cabinets. GH3 was retained to work with the mildew remediator to dissemble to cabinets, open the wall for leak repair. Some of the cabintes needed to be rebuilt. This took place in our winter home in FL while we were 1500 miles away in the NE. These guys are professionals, high quality, and responsive to our needs. Kept us informed every step of the way by e-mail and phone and also worked with our insurance company on the claim. We would recommend them highly.”

Being a Realtor up north and having built two of my own homes I recognized excellent building and finish work!
