“Wendy Berry and her team delivered an incredible job by listening to what we wanted and making it happen. Their ability to make each room as we envisioned was incredible. They are true professionals and have all the resources including a lovely studio in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. For our new home they built a bedroom into a Parisian apartment (as my daughter wanted), a wine cellar/cigar room (as I wanted) an aspen lodge feel for my snowboarding son among many more unique rooms with maintaining complete comfortableness which we stressed. She has some great ideas on outside hardscapes and pool setting that are incredible. The furniture that she sourced was top quality and unique to our tastes. Much of what she brought to our project was quality people, products and her process is great.”

“I own 3 condos on Sanibel and formerly owned one on Captiva. Debra has worked on all of these condos. I have entrusted her to do the shopping, choose decor, oversee remodeling projects including kitchen, baths, and flooring. She is super. She even stayed over and hooked up electronics, arranged kitchen, and made sure everything was ready on time. I would definitely recommend.”

Her ability to work with in my budget for the year has always been appreciated. I feel her strong desire to make sure you are completely satisfied is her best asset. She does attend to the smallest detail with great enthusiasm to please. I will be hiring her again next year for the final year. So pleased with her design. It is stunning! “Design here in Naples had been a bit of a monoculture, with sensibilities that run mostly to the traditional and (often overly) opulent. Vera at Jaye Design brought us a more rounded design sense, one which I feel increasingly fits the evolving demographic of this part of Florida, and one which certainly fit our own lifestyle sense for lived interiors. Our particular challenge was to take a high end new construction condo whose design elements seemed to speak more to the seasonal occupant, and re-craft the house plans into one suited for a true year-round home. In that, storage had to be rethought, walls re-routed and re-dimensioned, and space programming reconceptualized. Vera's work for us started with the builder's standard plan, and though her ingenious tweaks and guidance we have together forged a brilliantly livable target design, complete with action plan on its implementation in staging the order of work between what need be done by the developer's contractors, and what can await our own more nuanced additions post-occupancy. I can highly recommend Jaye Design for the "thinking client", one who seeks to work in partnership in reifying the home owner's aspirations for design and function.”
