“We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”

“I had no idea who to contact for a tile job but when I inquired, Andy called me back. He is enthusiastic, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable about this work. He came in 2 weeks, was absolutely on time every day. The job was done to perfection with a wonderful cheerful attitude. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!! “Sarah Anderson has been my Designer for over 10 years. She has helped me decorate 3 homes. I continue to use her because she is both professional and fun! She doesn't mind giving me time to decide what I like and continuing with ideas and suggestions until it feels right. She is very patient! She is also very attune to detail and understanding about budgets as well. We have sold two of the homes where she had found beautiful colors for walls and custom furniture in LR, DR, Family Room and Kitchen and those homes sold very quickly because they were so beautifully decorated. Our Realtors loved her because they didn't have to stage the houses! Currently we are remodeling our kitchen in Dallas. The colors she chose are gorgeous (my husband also trusts Sarah and likes what we have done). I wouldn't use anyone else, ever!”

“This was the most accomplished professional I have ever dealt with in the building industry. Not only did he do a great job but was quite dependable and reliable. He was always available for calls and open to incorporating new ideas into the project. He remodeled my kitchen and baths and made a fantastic outdoor kitchen / pizza oven. “Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”
