“Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

“I went to Dover Rug in search for a rug for my living room. I had a very specific rug in mind. Upon entering the store, I found they had one of largest selections I had seen. The saleswoman who approached me was very helpful. She was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed how knowledgeable she was not only of rugs but of her entire inventory. She, furthermore, offered to have the rug delivered, free of charge, to my residence so I could see it in place. They brought the rug to my home the very next day, and moved the appropriate furniture so they could lay it down properly. It looked great. I really felt good about my purchase. I was very impressed that I found the perfect rug for the right price with such efficiency.”

“BFC installed a new floor in our kitchen last summer (2017) and did a wonderful job. They made a lovely pattern using 16x16 squares, which wasn't easy as our kitchen is large and has several sharp angles. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They knew what they were doing and had it done in a day. We couldn't imagine a better job being done.”

“RPM is my home away from home. I shop for my self and I shop for clients here. Everyone who works at RPM is wonderful. I usually work with Betsy, but John and the rest are great, as well. You should see what they did for our pool surround with an indoor/outdoor carpet. People think it is stamped concrete, until they step on and and feel the softness and how it stays cool to the touch. Glued down, no seams, we have it now through 4 years of Cape Cod seasons. Just like new.”
