“All of my experience with Salters has been exceptionally good. In Nov., 2012 I ordered a propane gas fireplace insert for my home. First person who came to my home to confirm the measurements, recommended a custom frame (at a very modest increase in cost) so that less of the marble on my fireplace would be hidden. Second, the store rearranged their installation schedule so that my insert was installed the day before my early December holiday party. The insert looked great!! Lastly, when a manufacturing defect was discovered with the model which I had purchased, the Salter service team tried to arrive in a timely manner to get my insert working again, worked with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem, and went out of their way to keep me appraised of the progress. I would definitely recommend Salters to everyone.”

“Gas Works has installed a corner unit gas fireplace in our finished basement which worked perfectly for our room. Some specific considerations had to be made during the installation and they were able to perform the needed task. The unit is great and performs perfectly for our room. We also used them for our yearly safety checks on this unit as well as one in our living room. Great piece of mind to know that the unit works efficiently and safely. We also purchased a gas grill which was installed with a direct gas line. Perfect compliment for all our grilling needs!”

“We contracted with Chimneys R Us to replace an existing vent-free gas fireplace with a high efficiency wood burning unit. We could not be more pleased. They were extremely helpful with suggestions, and very flexible and accommodating as we finalized our choices in stone, mantle, etc. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous, and the work was done on time and to very high quality.
