“Hired Roost Architecture to design an addition and remodel to our 24 year old home. We had a specific vision and "theme" for the project. Josh was a great listener and converted our ideas to drawings and specs.(while recommending some of his own ideas), that enabled our GC to build exactly what we had in mind. He was very helpful in the bid and GC selection process and helped us through a couple of sticky spots during the project. We are thrilled with the results. Josh answered questions thoughtfully and was responsive to e-mails and phone calls, as needed. We would highly recommend Josh.”

He was patient and worked hard to be sure we got the design right, before construction started. His attention to detail during the design phase helped us save money for construction. The thorough documents allowed us to solicit bids from various contractors with assurance that they were all bidding the same scope. Charlie was thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. “My husband and I are very happy we chose Stoltzfus Drafting and Design. After our initial meeting, we received a very detailed proposal for our kitchen remodel. There were no hidden costs. He assigned a project website that allowed us to provide input, upload product changes and document all elements of the renovation. We found Mel to be very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. He made absolutely sure that we were pleased with every aspect of the project. We did a lot of research on our product selections, and even made several changes which he did not mind. During the renovation Mel was on the job inspecting the work being done and assisting at times. He also met with us throughout the renovation to ensure that we were abreast of their progress with respect to the established timeline.
