“My wife and I bought a co-op last year. 1100 square feet with a patio. The woman who had owned it before was quite elderly and did nothing at all to maintain the place. And why would she have, she was happy there and that was fine with us. We needed the place completely stripped of wall paper, skim coated, painted. The bathroom was a complete renovation right down to the studs. The kitchen needed new counters, all new plumbing all over and all the electrical had to be upgraded. The wiring was all from the 1940's.
Roundtable was amazing, they kept on budget, were keen to make sure we were present for all design and color meetings (as all companies should) and they worked around our busy schedule to insure that all decisions went through us.
My wife suddenly had to have some emergency surgery and Carmen the President of RB personally called us concerned about when she was coming back form the hospital and they finished the job earlier than estimated to make sure she did not have to recover while surrounded by dust and workmen.
We love our home, Roundtable receives our highest rating and gratitude for all they did for us.”

“Working with Louis and his team from LB General Construction on my apartment renovation was an extremely pleasant process which is quite an unusual statement to make about a contractor. They completely remodeled a NYC apartment including new floors, taking down and replacing doors and walls, entirely new bathroom and kitchen, new electric throughout with panel, new heating and AC and all permits. The quality of the work is excellent and throughout the entire process communication was easy and very timely. All of the workers on the job were polite, nice and extremely tidy. Best of all his prices were reasonable, the job was finished on time and within the original budget agreed at the outset of the project. Finally there were no surprises whatsoever throughout the entire project. At the end of the job, I consider Louis not only a trusted partner on my renovation but almost a member of the family.

“We are totally happy with the results of our kitchen re-do by Berceli. We are in a NYC Classic 6 with a good-sized galley kitchen. We are that NYC rarity, in that we cook almost every night. We were perfectly content with the kitchen footprint, but it sadly needed an upgrade. The estimate we got from the project manager, Samir, was not cheap, but totally accurate. There were no surprises. The designer somehow managed to not only create a beautiful kitchen, but somehow got us a lot more storage in the same space...I still can't figure out how. Cindi helped us with the fine details as colors and backsplash, which added to the overall look.
Were there glitches along the way? Of course there were, as you don't tear out a complete kitchen without having some problems. However, Berceli was immediately responsive, answering emails and calls very promptly if something didn't look right. i would hire them again without question.”
