“I used the services of Floor Town in Paramus to install new rugs in both of my bedrooms and new hardwood flooring in the living and dining area. I first met with Michele who was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the right product for my new condo. She spent a good deal of time explaining all of the products and responded quickly to any questions when I called and left a message. We had a slight glitch with our order but again the service provided was excellent. I met and spoke with Cynthia who corrected the problem and was diligent about calling me and giving the assurance I needed. She went over and above to keep me informed and I really appreciated the personal attention. Finally, the installers of both the rugs and floors were exceptional. They were precise in their installation and did a great job. They also left our home very clean. I am very pleased with the installation, the product and the service from Floor Town in Paramus.”

“Joe and John are the best. We had an emergency the week before Christmas when one of our pets damaged a very expensive area rug. A house full of guests was expected anytime and the rug needed immediate repair. Joe came out himself, picked up the rug and brought it to his shop to be trimmed and rebound. He then returned within a few days to lay down the repaired rug. Not only was the repair seemless and unnoticeable, but the rug actually fit the room better and enhanced the holiday decor.
